Fixes verified-draft navigation and per-item automatic refresh. Same-tab navigation now returns before page transition, draft-list filtering supports the current PDD DOM and waits for controls to mount, then reopens and refreshes the verified editor. Real JY8306 draft smoke passed with draft-list confirmation, 7 SKU readback, 36 platform images, and refresh confirmation. PDD remains draft-only.
